Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getstackgap.com and any lead lists you buy from StackGap ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell one-time lead lists: CSV files of businesses matching the niche, location and criteria you choose at checkout. Each list is built for your order from publicly available business listings and websites.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and receipts. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

We email your list to the address you provide, usually within 24 hours of payment. If a location or niche has fewer matching businesses than you ordered, we'll contact you to adjust the order or refund the difference.

4. Data accuracy

Business information changes often. We check every lead when we build your list, but we can't guarantee that every detail stays accurate after delivery. Emails are included only when publicly listed. Bad leads are handled under our refund policy.

5. How you may use the data

• You may use the list for your own business outreach and sales.
• You may not resell, republish or share the list as a data product.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL and GDPR.
• You may not use the data for harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

Lists are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for the results of your outreach.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
