This policy explains what StackGap collects when you use our site or buy a lead list, and what we do with it.
What we collect from you
- Your email address, so we can deliver your list and contact you about your order.
- Your order details: niche, location and number of leads.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used by our hosting provider for security.
- Anonymous traffic analytics (pages viewed, referring site, approximate country) via PostHog, to improve the site. No cookies are set for this.
How we use it
- To build and deliver your order.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing emails without consent.
Who we share it with
- Dodo Payments, for payment processing, taxes and receipts.
- Resend, for sending order emails.
- Cloudflare, for hosting the site.
- PostHog, for site analytics.
Business data in our lead lists
Our lists contain business contact information collected from publicly available sources such as business listings and company websites. If you represent a business and want it excluded from future lists, email hello@getstackgap.com and we'll remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@getstackgap.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
